1. Who we are

Automarketing ("we", "us") provides growth, marketing automation, and technology infrastructure services for independent online communities. This page explains what data we collect through this website, why, and how you can control it.

2. What we collect

• Contact form and embedded chat: the name, contact detail (Telegram handle), and message you voluntarily submit through the contact form or the site's chat widget are processed on our server and stored in a database as a backup, so your inquiry isn't lost if the automatic forward to our Telegram fails. We don't use this data for anything other than answering your inquiry, we don't sell it or share it with third parties, and it never includes or asks for an email address or card number. You can ask us to delete your record at any time (see section 5, Your rights).
• Automated analytics (Google Analytics 4): pages visited, approximate location (country/region), device/browser type, and general on-site behavior (clicks, time on page). See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Advertising pixel (Meta Pixel + Conversions API): used to measure ad performance and build retargeting audiences on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). Besides the browser pixel, we send an equivalent server-side copy of each event (Conversions API) with your IP address, browser type, and, if present, Meta's _fbp/_fbc technical cookies — never your name, email, or form data. • UTM parameters: if you arrive from a link with utm_source/utm_medium/utm_campaign parameters, we temporarily store them in your browser (sessionStorage) so we can attribute your inquiry to the campaign that brought you here.
• Local storage: a small flag in your browser's local storage to remember that you dismissed the promotional banner, chose a language, or closed the bots popup. No personal data is stored this way.

3. Cookies & tracking

Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel may set cookies or use similar technologies (such as browser storage) to distinguish visitors and measure campaign performance. ▶ EDIT ME — if you serve visitors in the EU/UK/other regions requiring prior consent, add a cookie-consent banner that blocks GA4/Meta Pixel from loading until the visitor accepts.

4. How we use your data

To respond to inquiries you send us, to measure and improve the performance of our marketing campaigns, and to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your rights

Automarketing provides the infrastructure, technology, and setup support to run a community. We do not provide financial or investment advice, and we do not control, verify, or take responsibility for the content, trading signals, or results the client chooses to publish using that infrastructure. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
